📋 Description
- GTM tech expert: design and demo Sierra's Agent, solve customer needs.
- Cross-functional: work with Sales, Product, and Agent Engineering to drive GTM.
- Lead and support customers in early conversations; anticipate needs.
🎯 Requirements
- 5-7+ years in Sales/solutions engineering or customer-facing tech sales.
- Experience in demo building and presenting to GTM customers.
- Relationship-building with executives and technical leaders.
- Experience leading sales with Enterprise customers.
- Translate prospects business problems into Sierra solutions for tech and non-tech audiences.
- Bachelor's degree or above; CS or related field bonus.
