- Develop and execute China community operation plans based on user behavior.
- Analyze audiences and tailor communications for the China market.
- Establish platform-specific operation strategies and content directions.
- Identify improvements from user feedback and market trends.
- Manage community operation schedules, channels, and processes.
- Operate official China channels (Bilibili, Weibo, Xiaoheihe, Rednote, QQ, TapTap) and content.
🎯 Requirements
- Strong understanding of the China gaming market, communities, and platform culture.
- 3+ years in community/SNS operations in gaming, content, or entertainment.
- Experience operating major China platforms: Bilibili, Weibo, Xiaoheihe, Rednote, QQ.
- Experience developing community operation strategies and planning/executing content ops.
- Experience in user communication, VOC management, and issue response.
- Strong communication and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
