Logistics Officer - eMobility at M-KOPA

📋 Description

• Coordinate inbound/outbound vehicle movement between OEMs, warehouses, dealers, and outlets.
• Execute delivery schedules, interbranch transfers, and asset returns.
• Oversee corporate taxi services (Little Cab, airport transfers) and vendor payments.
• Track and reconcile daily stock movements; support monthly stock takes.
• Monitor cab/staff transport usage; support fleet maintenance and vehicle availability tracking.
• On-site role based in Nairobi, Kenya; reports to Inventory Manager.

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's in SCM, Logistics, Business Admin, or related field (or equivalent).
• 2–3 years in logistics, distribution, or transport operations.
• Basic Excel and reporting skills; accuracy in documentation.
• Good communication and teamwork; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Nice to have: experience with transport vendors or inventory documentation.
