📋 Description

• Improve FP&A processes with automation, AI-enabled analysis, and lightweight agents.
• Enhance monthly close, forecasting, and variance analysis with data-driven insights.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support planning and strategy.
• Partner with executive leaders to understand drivers and guide decisions.
• Build dashboards and reporting templates to monitor spend and performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Financial Analyst experience.
• Excellent communication to present financials to executives.
• Advanced Excel with financial modeling and large datasets.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling.
• ERP/BI tools experience; NetSuite, Solution7, Excel, CoPilot, DocuSign a plus.
