This role has been categorized as a Remote position. âRemoteâ employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Team members may live in the following locations: El Salvador, Mexico, or Colombia
How You'll Work with AI:
You'll lead teams that use AI heavily day to day, which means part of your job is calibrating where AI is speeding delivery up and where it's quietly adding risk: over-trusted summaries, hallucinated specs, false confidence in ambiguous decisions. The delivery leads who thrive here have a working point of view on AI in client engagements: when to bring it forward to the client, when to keep it internal, and how to communicate the value it's creating without overpromising.

Weâd Love to Hear From You If:
- Youâre a professional planner. 3+ years experience in project management is best, but experience is commensurate with skill so we know itâs not always black and white? weâre willing to make exceptions.
- Youâre an Agile planner. We work in Agile (Kanban and Scrum) development cycles. To hit the ground running you should be familiar with these methodologies.
- You have an attitude for others. You have a collaborative and caring attitude with clients. You view their success as your success.
- You excel at risk management. Your plans excel at resolving risk. Milestones, status updates, and roadmaps are you favorite kinds of documents.
- Youâre tech savvy. You have experience planning projects for business-to-business software and custom applications.
- Stories and acceptance. You craft clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria. You test them just as well.
- You talk good. Did you notice that terrible sentence? Your excellent written and verbal communication skills are exactly what we need.

Required Skills
- Technical Proficiency: Owns on-time, on-budget delivery for complex projects. Facilitates scrums, manages risks and dependencies, mentors junior PMO team members, and ensures clients and teams are aligned.
- Develop Collaboratively: Participate in successful Agile delivery by seeking guidance, raising concerns, advancing best practices, identifying blockers, and mentoring peers and more junior team members
- Define Value: Gather requirements and write thorough and testable acceptance criteria for complex projects 1-2 sprints ahead, leveraging AI tools increase clarity and effectiveness.
- Product Expert: Become an expert in the desired functionality and expected behavior of client products and software.
- Manage Risks: Document plan, status, risks, and progress to ensure on-time/budget and adherence to the terms of the SoW.
- Ensure Collaboration: Manage workspaces, schedules, and communication so that the team can do its best work.

About the Project:
On this project you will be working with one of the largest education-focused nonprofits in the country, dedicated to empowering families to access the learning options that best fit their children's needs. For more than two decades, the organization has administered need- and access-based K-12 scholarship programs that have funded over a million educational opportunities for students, channeling nearly all of every dollar received directly into student scholarships. Operating at significant scale, the organization manages multiple scholarship programs spanning private school tuition, students with unique abilities, personalized and home education, and transportation support, while partnering with thousands of schools, service providers, and donors statewide.
