🎯 Requirements

• PharmD
• Licensed pharmacist in Washington
• PGY2 Ambulatory Care Residency or PGY1 Residency + 1 year ambulatory under CPA
• At least 3 years ambulatory practice with disease state management
• Strong communication, organization, and tech skills
• Empathy, integrity, and a team-first mindset
