- Design and lead a top-tier Upmarket GTM motion in EMEA.
- Build and lead a 5-person IC sales team (hunters and farmers).
- Own bookings and revenue with hands-on contribution.
- Align GTM with marketing, events, partnerships, SE, and execs.
- Create scalable playbooks for new business and portfolio expansion.
- Expand Paddle's presence among high-potential SaaS, mobile and AI scaleups in EMEA.
🎯 Requirements
- Track record building high-performing enterprise/upmarket SaaS sales teams.
- Proven strategic closing in tech, SaaS, and billing/payments; drive revenue growth.
- Deep fluency in web-native and app-native SaaS scale-ups.
- GTM architecture skills: territory strategies, pipeline, cross-functional programs.
- Strategic value selling credentials; focus on business outcomes.
- Operator mindset; hands-on with multi-stakeholder deals.
- Collaborative leadership across CS, Solutions Eng, Marketing, and Legal.
