• Own a mid-market book end-to-end: onboarding through renewal and expansion.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in customer success or account management in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Genuine AI fluency; everyday use of AI tools.
• Commercial instinct; track retention, churn, expansion.
• Clear, direct communication; adapt to different stakeholders.
• Comfort with ambiguity; thrive in evolving processes.
• Curiosity about the product space; experience with research/design is a plus.
