Senior Fulfilment Executive at Nivoda

📋 Description

• Manage inbound/outbound shipments to/from India; docs, carrier coordination, exceptions.
• Coordinate with suppliers across Mumbai & Surat for timely drop-offs/collections.
• Own end-to-end fulfilment for Nivoda Express — QC to dispatch & returns.
• Own stock of diamonds and gemstones; perform inventory audits and reconciliations.
• Generate monthly/quarterly operational reports on shipment volumes and KPIs.
• Create/maintain SOPs; drive process improvements in fulfilment.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations.
• Strong data analysis skills with ability to generate clear, structured reports.
• Excellent Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment; prioritises high-value shipments with precision.
• Attention to detail; professionalism and integrity when handling valuable assets.
