📋 Description
- Lead architecture, development, and optimization of AI for healthcare.
- Build LLMs, multimodal AI, and voice tech (STT/TTS).
- Guide AI lifecycle from data prep to deployment at scale in regulated settings.
- Partner with product, engineering, and clinical teams to align needs.
- Ensure safety, observability, and compliant MLOps in regulated env.
- Design for reliability and ethical AI within regulated healthcare.
🎯 Requirements
- 8-10+ years AI/ML; 3+ years in staff/principal leadership.
- MS/PhD in CS/AI/ML or related field.
- Proven healthcare AI production experience.
- Deep expertise in LLMs/transformers and multimodal data.
- Agentic AI frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI.
- STT/TTS models: Whisper, Tacotron, FastSpeech.
- Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow; HuggingFace; MLOps; IaC; Kubernetes.
- FHIR/HL7/CCDA/EHR knowledge and HIPAA/privacy.
