IT Systems Engineer at Gearset

📋 Description

• Work with Systems Administrator to maintain core systems.
• Deepen expertise in endpoint management, networking, and scaling enterprise SaaS estates.
• Handle day-to-day admin and maintenance of MDM and endpoints (Jamf/Intune).
• Administer and audit IAM and SaaS lifecycles for onboarding/offboarding.
• Serve as 2nd line escalation for IT Support; analyse trends to reduce tickets.
• Create and maintain technical docs and SOPs.

🎯 Requirements

• A proven track record in IT support, Tech Ops or EUC.
• Comfortable administering Apple/macOS environments with JAMF.
• Strong working knowledge of enterprise SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion).
• Familiarity with security best practices, patch management and strict access control principles.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex tech to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Interest in automation and scripting to optimise processes.
