- Process orders and manage inventory reservations with planning.
- Spot pricing errors and stock mismatches before issues arise.
- Keep retailers informed and assist with onboarding paperwork.
- Provide data to retailers and wholesale team for decisions.
- Coordinate across time zones with a globally distributed team.
- Some selling duties as you grow with the team.
🎯 Requirements
- 2–5 years in wholesale support or sales coordination.
- Experience with NetSuite and NuOrder.
- Strong analytical skills; keep price sheets and inventory accurate.
- Clear, friendly communication; explain invoices and stock issues.
- Strong organization and prioritisation; catch inconsistencies early.
- Collaborative across time zones with planning and finance in Australia.
