- Qualify and route inbound leads across self-service and inside sales
- Engage prospects via phone, email, and live chat
- Use Slack and Salesforce to track activity
- Book and complete product demonstrations to hit monthly targets
šÆ Requirements
- Confident communication with strong writing and presentation.
- Excellent task organization; capable of multitasking.
- Experience with CRMs, Live chat, Knowledge bases.
- Experience conducting customer meetings digitally or in person.
- Patience with users who arenāt tech-savvy.
