📋 Description
- Financial analyses including underwriting, renewal review, and market benchmarking
- Prepare and present reporting on demographic trends and post-implementation changes
- Provide insights on network differentials and disruption
- Assist with financial modeling and forecasting using actuarial tools
- Design reports including claims, benchmarking, and benefit cost analyses
- Deliver accurate claim reporting and financial modeling to drive client decisions
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of experience in benefits consulting or healthcare fields
- Strong project management skills with high attention to detail and deadlines
- Ability to interface cross-departmentally and with clients and partners
- Advanced use of Microsoft Excel
