📋 Description

  • Financial analyses including underwriting, renewal review, and market benchmarking
  • Prepare and present reporting on demographic trends and post-implementation changes
  • Provide insights on network differentials and disruption
  • Assist with financial modeling and forecasting using actuarial tools
  • Design reports including claims, benchmarking, and benefit cost analyses
  • Deliver accurate claim reporting and financial modeling to drive client decisions

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in benefits consulting or healthcare fields
  • Strong project management skills with high attention to detail and deadlines
  • Ability to interface cross-departmentally and with clients and partners
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Excel
  • English Proficiency
