- Manage full-cycle recruitment for software, hardware, robotics, and AI/ML roles.
- Source and attract passive candidates with creative strategies.
- Partner with hiring managers to refine jobs and interviewing processes.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for ongoing needs.
- Evaluate candidates and alignment with Carbon Robotics' mission.
- Represent Carbon Robotics at industry events and ensure a positive candidate experience.
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in robotics, AI, ML, or embedded systems.
- Recruit for software (Python, C++, TypeScript, React, ROS) and hardware roles.
- Experience with ATS (Greenhouse) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong knowledge of technical hiring best practices, including diversity hiring.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth startup environment.
