📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for software, hardware, robotics, and AI/ML roles.
• Source and attract passive candidates with creative strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in robotics, AI, ML, or embedded systems.
• Recruit for software (Python, C++, TypeScript, React, ROS) and hardware roles.
• Experience with ATS (Greenhouse) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong knowledge of technical hiring best practices, including diversity hiring.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth startup environment.
