📋 Description
- Architect, implement, and tune advanced MPC control strategies for pipelines.
- Design state machines for mode management; build fail-safes and interlocks.
- Outline/test plans to validate controller performance and safety; perform RCAs.
- Create and maintain tools for data analysis, system identification, model tuning.
- Enable rapid Crux product integration via playbooks and standardized processes.
- Ensure deliverables meet safety and reliability standards.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical engineering; MPC preferred.
- P.Eng. designation or eligible to obtain licensure in Canada.
- Experience with control design, tuning, simulation testing, data analysis, and integration.
- Proficiency with Python and version control (e.g., GitHub).
- Familiarity with system identification to develop empirical models.
- Experience with OPC/SCADA systems.
