Site Manager at Gopuff

📋 Description

• Plans, directs, and is accountable for all facility ops (deliveries, inventory, equipment, systems)
• Drive improvements to KPIs: Order Picking Time, Dwell Time, Drive Time, Defect Rate, Cost Per Order
• Train and coach associates to work safely following standard work
• Drive financial performance; ensure productivity, labor, and expenses meet budget
• Ensure warehouse policy compliance by analyzing reports
• Implement safety and HR compliance, asset protection, QA reviews

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in fast-paced env leading blended W2/1099
• Retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent experience
• Bachelor’s degree, preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong skills with conflict resolution
• Proficiency in computer usage, email, and Google Suite
