• Lead design, build, test, implement, and support Epic Willow Pharmacy apps.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, clinicians, ops leaders, and IT to optimize EHR workflows.
• Configure, build, and maintain Epic Willow Inpatient and Willow Ambulatory apps.
• Analyze and troubleshoot application issues, system errors, and workflow challenges.
• Perform system upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance activities.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience configuring and maintaining Epic Willow Inpatient/Willow Ambulatory.
• Strong analysis of pharmacy workflows; design future-state solutions.
• Collaborates with pharmacists and clinical stakeholders.
• Supports medication ordering, verification, dispensing, and administration.
• Troubleshoots issues, system errors, and workflow challenges.
