🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in brand design, design systems, product design, or related.
• Strong visual identity; diagnose and resolve issues systematically.
• Fluent in Figma; proven design systems, libraries, and components.
• Experience writing and scaling AI skills, markdown docs, and prompts.
• Comfort vibe-coding lightweight apps for design use cases.
• AI experience using Claude, Codex, Midjourney, or similar tools.
• Collaborative, low ego with high empathy; translate design needs clearly.
