📋 Description
- Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and staff to develop campaign concepts.
- Translate strategy and audience insights into clear, compelling ideas.
- Create ideas across media including video, print, interactive, social, and activations.
- Develop mood boards, visual treatments, storyboards, concepts, and decks.
- Explain creative ideas and the strategy behind them to internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate with designers and production partners to bring ideas to life with direction.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in art direction, design, or campaigns (agency or in-house).
- Portfolio showing conceptual thinking and visual craft.
- Experience developing multi-channel campaign concepts.
- Adobe Creative Suite expert (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign); motion/prototyping bonus.
- Strong conceptual thinker who generates ideas, not just visuals.
- Culturally aware creator for purpose-driven work.
