📋 Description
- Own end-to-end accelerator operations from sourcing to Demo Day.
- Execute the Techstars playbook to deliver a top program experience for founders, mentors, partners, investors, and stakeholders.
- Manage event planning, program calendar, and logistics for the Boulder program year-round.
- Recruit, hire, and manage the seasonal Associate team.
- Collaborate with corporate partners to support program goals.
🎯 Requirements
- 3-5+ years in fast-paced environments with event planning, ops, and PM.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Strong self-learning and ability to learn quickly from docs with minimal direction.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity with high expectations; anticipate stakeholder needs.
- Systems thinker who can design scalable processes across programs.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with Airtable, Zapier.
