📋 Description

• Coordinate engagement kit requests and approvals with federal leads
• Manage tracking and status reporting for all active engagement kits
• Coordinate software license procurement and management
• Facilitate hardware shipments and field device logistics
• Serve as primary point of contact for engagement leads, analysts, and case managers
• Compile and distribute weekly operational reports to federal leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Business/IT or HS diploma with 7+ years relevant experience
• 5+ years in technical support, coordination, or program management
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with federal government stakeholders
• Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools
