📋 Description
- Own the system for commercial contracts.
- Negotiate deals directly with counterparties and make decisions.
- Refine templates, playbooks, and AI review; fix recurring questions.
- Manage vendor contracts, data protection, compliance, and marketing claims.
- Exposure to corporate, governance, employment and strategic projects.
- Work in an AI-enabled legal function to help scale the business.
🎯 Requirements
- Solicitor in England & Wales, Scotland or NI with current practising certificate.
- 2–4 years PQE (post-qualification experience).
- Experience in commercial, tech, IP, data protection or AI work.
- In-house or client secondment in tech for 1+ year.
- End-to-end negotiation of tech contracts; no pre-review required.
- Built playbooks, templates, automation and training.
