📋 Description
- Identify quote-to-cash improvements and translate into requirements.
- Advise Sales on renewal and new business matters.
- Execute contract renewal strategy to drive multi-year commitments.
- Manage renewal pipeline; provide business/product/analytic support.
- Prepare contracts in advance to enable early renewals.
- Assist Sales with Salesforce CPQ to generate accurate quotes.
🎯 Requirements
- Experience with deal desks, sales ops, provisioning, or related sales support.
- Strong communication; build relationships with sales and internal teams.
- Extremely organized, detail- and process-oriented.
- Ability to follow internal processes.
- Exceptional analytical/quantitative skills and strategic problem solving.
- Experience with Salesforce; Salesforce CPQ familiarity preferred.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment; manage multiple projects.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
