🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years Android development with Kotlin expertise.
• 2+ years in tech lead or senior leadership managing direct reports.
• Strong Jetpack Compose and modern Android UI skills.
• Solid understanding of MVVM, Clean Architecture, and Repository patterns.
• Experience with Kotlin Coroutines, Flow, and reactive programming.
• DI with Hilt or Dagger.
