• Home orientations involving signing of paperwork
• Initial assessments during orientations
• Periodic supervisory visits for on-care cases
• Train caregivers and patients as required per case
• Interact with caregivers and stakeholders as needed
• Travel within the Denver metro area

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years with frail/elderly adults and caregivers
• Field/home care experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and time management skills
• Salesforce experience is a plus
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook
• Valid driver's license with insured vehicle
