Client Support Representative at EnableComp
Job Description
📋 Description
- Retrieve medical documentation from client systems (invoices, UB-04, EOBs, PHI)
- Submit and monitor document requests to secure needed claim documentation
- Scan, upload, and securely store PHI per data handling standards
- Compile data for client reconciliations and prepare reports
- Support prebill work queue resolution and KPI performance
- Escalate client-impacting issues with Client Delivery and align on inventory
🎯 Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1+ years in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, or document mgmt preferred
- Familiarity with medical claims docs and payer/provider data processes preferred
- Equivalent education+experience considered
- Strong computer proficiency; MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Regular and predictable attendance
