📋 Description
- Own and execute full sales cycle for selected AI customers from prospecting to close
- Develop and implement account strategies to engage decision-makers
- Generate pipeline via outbound efforts and entry strategies
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales with long cycles
- Drive net-new logo acquisition and expand Airtable footprint in large orgs
- Collaborate with Sales Ops, Product, and Customer Success to tailor solutions
- Forecast and manage territory with 6-figure+ ACV and ARR deals
🎯 Requirements
- 5-7+ years closing complex SaaS deals, ideally with low-code/no-code
- Proven net-new logo acquisition in multi-stakeholder environments
- Prospecting into new accounts; engage executive and technical buyers
- Deep fluency in AI concepts; engage data leaders and C-suite
- Experience selling into AI-native or AI-first firms
- MEDDIC sales methodology expertise; comfortable with ambiguity
- Executive presence and consultative sales skills
- Strong territory analysis, forecasting, and target delivery
