📋 Description

• Independently prepare, review, and support environmental permit applications and submittals.
• Lead regulatory strategy for California permitting and key regulations.
• Coordinate with regulators, clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Analyze field data to identify impacts and permitting needs.
• Develop schedules and ensure timely regulatory deliverables.
• Produce clear, technical documents and review others' work.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in natural sciences or related field.
• 10+ years environmental/regulatory experience.
• Expertise preparing and submitting CA environmental permit documents.
• Advanced understanding of environmental regulations, permits, and compliance.
• Strong relationships with regulatory agencies.
• Field data collection, sampling, QA/QC experience.
