📋 Description
- Manage day-to-day external partnerships with banking partners
- Oversee relationships with banks, card networks, and processors
- Manage vendor invoices, verification, and payments
- Build reports and dashboards to track vendor performance
- Monitor cardholder experience and propose solutions
- Develop program policies and govern rules and regulations
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience
- Debit, prepaid, credit card experience
- 5+ years in Operations, Vendor Management and Vendor Invoicing
- On-Demand Pay experience a plus
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and report-building tools (Tableau, Cognos)
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and maintain customer focus
