- Provide world-class customer support for impact.com platform.
- Engage with clients via in-app chat and ticket system.
- Collaborate with teams to craft solutions for client issues.
- Support account setup and platform usage, plus basic finance questions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when needed.
- Continuously learn about the platform and partners marketing.
🎯 Requirements
- 2-4 years in SaaS customer support.
- Master’s degree in CS, Finance, Linguistics, or related field.
- Strong English verbal and written communication.
- Familiar with API, FTP, SQL, JavaScript, HTML; affiliate marketing a plus.
- Self-starter, able to work autonomously and in a team; problem-solver.
- Able to analyze data for insights.
