- Independently guide technical direction from concept to deployment.
- Evaluate trade-offs for correct, robust, scalable solutions.
- Create and lead documentation and repo management (branches, PRs).
- Collaborate with product/design/engineering on architecture decisions.
- Mentor junior engineers to grow technical capabilities.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years as a Full Stack Engineer (React/.NET).
- ReactJS with hooks/context; state mgmt (Redux/Zustand/Recoil).
- .NET Core (C#); RESTful/GraphQL APIs; async/await.
- SQL Server; modeling and stored procedures.
- Azure knowledge is a plus; clean architecture and SOLID.
- Build tools (Vite/Webpack); testing (Jest/RTL); CSS-in-JS; strong English.
