🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in SRE, incident mgmt, or reliability engineering.
• Cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Expert in incident tooling (Rootly, PagerDuty).
• Distributed systems and failure modes; Kafka/event streaming exp.
• Observability: metrics, logs, tracing; Kubernetes; CI/CD; SLO/SLA.
• Strong written comms; runbooks; post-mortem facilitation; async work.
• Experience in large orgs with 500+ engineers navigating reliability programs.
