• Deep experience in large-scale web performance engineering
• Expertise in rendering, caching, CDN, bundle optimization, Core Web Vitals
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript; understanding of V8 and network flow
• Experience with real user monitoring, synthetic testing, observability
• Measurement-driven approach: profile, instrument, prove issues
• Technical leadership: set direction across codebase
• Plus: Next.js, React, and SSR/SSG at scale
• Plus: Edge computing, worker runtimes, CDN programmability
