📋 Description

Rapid prototyping: build quick demo features for live prospects.
Engineering presence in the field: speak to capability, integration, security on calls.
Productionisation: turn prototypes into robust product with UK squad.
Feedback loop: capture field learnings and feed to Product/Engineering.
Test-and-Play support: build environments for trials and PoCs.
Federal support: work inside FedRAMP and join US on-call rota.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in software engineering; proven rapid feature delivery.
Customer-facing FDE/solutions or sales engineer background.
US citizen; background check required for federal compliance.
Based in/around NYC or willing to relocate; US hours with UK overlap.
On-call: willing to share US federal on-call rota.
