📋 Description
- Based on-site in South Auckland; first IT contact for issues.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by clients.
- Document and track client issues using a ticketing system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams and follow up.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
- Complete daily timesheets; maintain strong attention to detail.
- Travel between client sites as needed; no company vehicle provided.
- 38-hour workweek: Mon-Thu 8h, Fri 6h.
🎯 Requirements
- Must be NZ Citizen or hold permanent residency.
- Must have NZ Driver's Licence (Full or Restricted).
- Willingness to travel between sites as needed.
- Windows 11
- Windows Server 2022
- Azure Active Directory
