📋 Description

• Define and roll out the Group ESG strategy with leadership.
• Track ESG programs: timelines, budgets, KPIs.
• Set up and monitor Group ESG KPIs: energy, emissions, waste.
• Coordinate cross-functional ESG projects Group-wide.
• Embed ESG priorities into day-to-day operations.
• Lead non-financial data collection and analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 yrs ESG/CSR exp, international or tech/SaaS preferred.
• Fluent in English (working language).
• Strong project management across departments/geographies.
• Data-driven; analyze and present non-financial data.
• Familiarity with HRIS, onboarding, internal comms is a plus.
• Collaborative, organized, proactive with strong communication.
