📋 Description

• Achieve store sales goals by delivering ALO experience and brand mission.
• Provide authentic product education on features, fabric, care.
• Build client relationships daily with guests and deliver service.
• Collaborate with leadership to analyze reports and drive growth.
• Maintain sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives.
• Educate guests on our product, community and culture.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in a client-centric sales environment (preferred)
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and work as a team
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks up to 10-15 kg safely
• Ability to stand and be active for extended periods
