📋 Description

• Own the hosting infra roadmap for reliability, scalability, and performance
• Lead and mentor Engineering Managers and senior engineers
• Drive architecture for edge delivery, caching, and multi-tenant infra
• Define SLOs, observability standards, and incident response
• Manage critical customer escalations and communicate under pressure
• Balance technical debt with platform stability as it scales

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of engineering experience with 3+ years managing other managers
• Background at a cloud service provider; operate infrastructure customers rely on
• Proven track record leading high-performing teams through technical transformation
• Executive-level communication; translate infra concepts for product, sales, and executives
• Deep on-call operations and customer escalation management at scale
• Advanced knowledge of GCP, AWS, or Azure and Kubernetes
