📋 Description
- Establish company-wide metrics/KPIs to drive alignment.
- Own investor relations: cadence, reporting, communications.
- Digitize and systematize processes with executives to boost scalability.
- Manage P&L with the CEO to allocate capital and improve profitability.
- Lead strategic initiatives to deepen product value for guests and partners.
- Build analytics and dashboards for real-time ops visibility.
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years in operator/strategy role with executives.
- 6+ years in management consulting, IB, or business ops at a fast-growing tech startup.
- High EQ; adept at building relationships across executives and investors.
- Proven track record coordinating across multiple teams/departments.
- Strong project management experience across functions.
- Experience with revenue operations and budget management.
