• Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly metrics.
• Drive activation initiatives to increase active drivers (communications, campaigns, incentives).
• Collaborate with Demand teams to ensure order fulfillment and supply reliability.
• Monitor driver performance and provide insights to improve supply.
• Lead a small team to hit metrics targets and deliver execution.
• Initiate driver engagement through targeted communications or campaigns.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Operations, or related field.
• 1-2 years in operations, logistics, or ride-hailing.
• Good written and verbal communication in English.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving and fast operational judgment.
