📋 Description

• Manage global developers and admins: day-to-day work, HR concerns, and team culture.
• Drive Salesforce work to completion; identify blockers early and resolve.
• Communicate clearly with US-based teammates across time zones; provide status.
• Execute platform direction set by US-based leadership; own the delivery.
• Design, document, build, test, and deploy Salesforce components.
• Manage integrations between Salesforce and third-party or internal Black Duck systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years Salesforce development: Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Lightning, APIs.
• 3+ years people management, performance & team development.
• Strong written English; capable of async and real-time communication with US stakeholders.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with SOAP, REST, and Bulk APIs.
• Salesforce DevOps/CI/CD experience; Copado preferred.
