📋 Description
- Own a book of 5–15 advertiser accounts end-to-end.
- Grow revenue; own top-line growth with data-driven decisions.
- Run the ROAS dial with Hex, Amplitude, Looker Studio, and Freecash AI daily.
- Bridge commercial and technical teams; debug with engineering.
- Contribute to process playbooks and improvements.
- Work in central Berlin office; five days a week.
🎯 Requirements
- Experience in growth or performance marketing; data-driven with ROAS/LTV/ARPU.
- Manage advertiser accounts in performance marketing, mobile gaming UA, or rewarded UA.
- Proficient with AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular; willing to learn Hex and rewarded UA.
- Data storytelling: read dashboards, spot issues, ask the right questions.
- Bilingual in commercial and technical discussions; strong cross-functional comms.
- Bonus: familiarity with ROAS metrics and rewarded UA exposure; Hex experience.
