📋 Description

• Partner with Finance to translate business questions into data-driven insights for planning.
• Lead end-to-end analytics: define requirements, build data models, deliver dashboards.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to track financial and GTM metrics.
• Analyze customer, revenue, and product data to identify growth and churn trends.
• Use SQL, Python, and Azure Fabric to prepare data and automate reporting.
• Validate data accuracy; align KPI definitions across Finance and GTM.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in analytics engineering, BI, or related data role.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and Fivetran in production.
• Strong SQL skills for querying, joining, and transforming structured data.
• Familiarity with CRM data structures, Salesforce objects, and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative/technical or business field; Master’s preferred.
• Proficient in Power BI and Python for data analysis.
