📋 Description
- Partner with Software Engineering to define AI-scale safety standards
- Define safe usage of AI tools across coding, testing, and DevOps
- Lead AI guardrails and tool adoption (Copilot, AWS Q Dev, Transform)
- Establish controls for repository activity, reviews, artefacts, and secure coding
- Support GitHub governance, Copilot admin, and central repository guardrails
- Create an AI-enabled SDLC playbook and tool usage matrix
🎯 Requirements
- Proven in defining AI SDLC guardrails (MCP allow-list, access, artefact review, audit evidence)
- Hands-on GitHub: GitHub Enterprise, Actions, and Git workflow
- Familiar with Copilot, AWS Q Dev, Transform, Kiro, or similar tools
- Track record establishing standards, governance, and controls across teams
- Confident engaging engineering communities and driving adoption
- Able to drive safe AI adoption from day one
