📋 Description

• Deliver lawn care services, including fertilizer and pesticide applications.
• Diagnose lawn issues and implement treatment plans.
• Safely apply fertilizers, weed control, and pest control per guidelines.
• Operate and maintain application equipment (sprayers, spreaders).
• Educate customers on lawn maintenance tips and service expectations.
• Document service logs and communicate issues to the Service Manager.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Lift up to 50 lbs; outdoors in all weather.
• Strong communication and time management.
• Ability to follow instructions; work independently or in a team.
• Prior lawn care or chemical application experience preferred; training provided.
• Must be able to operate and maintain application equipment.
• Must obtain/maintain applicator licenses as applicable.
