- Design, build, and ship full-stack apps from concept to production
- Own the full SDLC: design, development, testing, deployment, iteration
- Work in small 2-3 engineer pods with high autonomy
- Leverage AI-enabled workflows to accelerate development
- Contribute to architecture with pragmatic technical decisions
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong full-stack capability (frontend, backend, cloud infra)
- Comfortable stepping into an architectural role
- Experience deploying/operating apps in AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Solid understanding of the full SDLC
- Deep experience with AI coding harnesses and AI-native development
