📋 Description
- Own full-cycle recruiting for every open role, from defining the search to a signed offer, across all departments at once.
- Source proactively. Build a network of passive candidates and develop a sourcing strategy for each role.
- Write fantastic job postings, and optimize them to attract the right candidates.
- Screen, interview, and move candidates through the process with timely feedback.
- Close candidates. Negotiate compensation and manage counteroffers to secure offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to prioritize needs and streamline the interview process.
🎯 Requirements
- Senior, full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally at a fast-paced marketing or creative agency with many reqs.
- Proactive sourcer who can show how they find people who aren’t applying.
- Proven track record closing candidates: comp conversations and counteroffers.
- Experience running multiple searches simultaneously and keeping pipelines moving.
- Experience administering Ashby (or Greenhouse or Lever), not just using it.
- Autonomous; proactive communicator who can operate without direction.
