📋 Description

• Monthly bookkeeping and payroll processing (AR/AP, revenue recognition, close, depreciation)
• Handle bill payments and customer invoices
• Prepare financial reports (monthly/quarterly/annual) with variance analysis
• Produce business metrics for internal and investor reporting
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
• Support grant applications and related financials

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field
• 2-3 years' experience in general bookkeeping
• Experience with Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP systems is asset
• Detail-oriented with strong time management to meet deadlines
• Nice to have: Progress toward CPA designation
