- Employee Relations: Guide employees and managers on HR policies; resolve conflicts.
- HR Administration: Manage HR systems, records, benefits enrolment, and reports.
- Employee Onboarding: Ensure a seamless experience from offer to start date.
- HR Policy Implementation: Develop and implement HR policies aligned with laws and values.
- Employee Engagement: Design and run programs to boost satisfaction and communication.
- Organisational design: Structure teams for efficiency and align talent with our strategy.
🎯 Requirements
- 5-10 years in HR or People Ops, ideally in a fast-growing environment.
- UK HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, innovative mindset with focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience partnering with engineering, product, or other technical teams.
- Hands-on experience implementing HR systems and processes in a scaling company.
